Whether you're planning a trip to a coastal destination or already overseas, Tsunami Shield's Travel Mode lets you monitor any country for tsunami and earthquake activity in real-time — so safety travels with you.

What it does
- Critical tsunami warnings trigger a high-priority alarm — a loud, unmistakable push notification that breaks through silent mode and Do Not Disturb so you're alerted the moment a warning is issued, wherever you are.
- Monitor multiple countries simultaneously — add any destination you're visiting or planning to visit and receive real-time alerts for tsunami and earthquake activity in that country.
- Choose what to be alerted for — tsunami activity, earthquakes, or both — so you only receive the notifications relevant to your trip.
- Set a minimum earthquake magnitude threshold to avoid being notified of low-level background seismic activity and focus on events that genuinely warrant attention.
- Works alongside Saved Locations — use Travel Mode for countries and Saved Locations for specific addresses, giving you complete coverage wherever you go.
- Peace of mind for international travel — know that if something significant happens in your destination country, you'll be the first to know.
